Getting in touch with us

Step 1: Click "About us" on My page,then select "Support & feedback".

Step 2: Select type of the feedback. The "Help center" currently supports three types of feedback: "Usage problem", "Feature suggestion" and "Business cooperation". Take "Usage problem" as an example, click on the small round dot ahead of the category and then click the “→” icon below to enter the feedback page.

Step 3: After entering the feedback page, fill in the form inclucing product type, operating system, category, description, email address and etc. After completing all the information, click "Submit" to complete the feedback. We will get back to you via the email addresss you provide.
