# Getting in touch with us

**Step 1:** Click  "**About us**" on **My** page,then select "**Support & feedback**".

**Step 2:** Select type of the feedback. The "Help center" currently supports three types of feedback: "**Usage problem**", "**Feature suggestion**" and "**Business cooperation**". Take "Usage problem" as an example, click on the small round dot ahead of the category and then click the “→” icon below to enter the feedback page.

**Step 3:** After entering the feedback page, fill in the form inclucing product type, operating system, category, description, email address and etc. After completing all the information, click "**Submit**" to complete the feedback. We will get back to you via the **email addresss** you provide.
